Women are more likely to suffer from overstressed and overeating than men. This article will explore how women can combat these two health problems by taking control of their lives.
The overeating once a week is one of the most common problems that many women face. This article will provide solutions to both overeating and overstressing.
Do you feel overworked and unappreciated at work? Because of life’s responsibilities, you’re having problems being consistent with your nutrition and fitness? Do you ever wonder if you’ll be able to find the time to get the body and health you desire? This is the article for you.
Putting the needs of others ahead of your own? It’s a daily reality for a lot of women.
Whether you’re a successful executive, a mother, a caregiver, a spouse, a worker, a daughter, a friend, or all of the above and more….
….as a woman, you are expected to do a lot.
Many of us spend our days putting out fires, dealing with to-do lists, wiping small noses, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that others are fed, safe, and happy.
But here’s the point…
Through our Coaching program, we’ve met a lot of interesting women. And we’ve discovered that the vast majority of them enjoy — and thrive on — the above impossible list.
They enjoy taking on the challenge of assisting others and completing tasks.
That is, until they run out of energy and realize they don’t have any left over for themselves.
After months or years of prioritizing other people, multitasking, and juggling that massive to-do list:
- They’re mentally and emotionally spent.
- They no longer have the time to devote to self-care.
- Clothes that used to fit snugly are now a little (or a lot) tighter.
- Sugar and junk food desires appear to be considerably more intense.
- The workouts/exercise classes are postponed, then canceled.
- The scale and washroom mirror are not used. (Along with the bed, of course.)
- Yo-yo dieting’s stress level rises once more.
Women ignore themselves as a result of devoting so much time to caring for others and managing all of their duties.
this way.
You Can Feel Good About Yourself if You’re Healthy, Fit, And Confident in Your Own Skin.
You have the ability to reclaim control over your schedule and your body.
Emotional eating and desires can be overcome.
You can love and appreciate others while while looking after yourself.
We’ll show you how to do it.
This article will teach you how to:
- When it comes to getting healthy and keeping in shape, these are the two biggest roadblocks for many women.
- How to acquire the body — and life — you want by overcoming these challenges.
Sure, you reason.
This could be beneficial to certain women.
My life, on the other hand, is rather different. My physique is unique.
Before they started Coaching, tens of thousands of other women believed the same thing.
They were also dissatisfied, disoriented, and perplexed as they tried to control their food, health, and bodies. They knew they wanted to feel better and were working hard to get it, but they didn’t know how to make it all happen.
That’s how they looked before they started.
After a year of simple, doable, progressive behaviors, here is where they ended up. The difference is remarkable. Take a look at this quick video:

Many of these women felt the same way you do right now. However, they discovered…
It is Possible to Make The Changes you Desire.
It doesn’t matter where you begin.
Regardless of how you’re feeling right now.
Regardless of how much you have on your plate.
It is conceivable.
Here are some of the things women commonly wish for when they first start working with us, as well as some methods you may get started right away.
Wish No. 1: “Assist Me in Having a Healthier Relationship With Food.”
Many women suffer with overeating and emotional eating at some point in their life. We enjoy our wine, chocolate, sugar, or whatever other “I-deserve-it” or “I-need-a-freaking-break” indulgences we have… They don’t always love us back, though.
We’re left with the same stress and issues we had before the “food rush,” plus we’re feeling guilty, ashamed, and possibly out of control.
This is how the cycle usually appears.
- Feeling agitated, anxious, or disturbed, for example.
- Overeat.
- Overeating makes you feel guilty and humiliated.
- Feeling more agitated, apprehensive, or irritated, for example
- Make a promise to yourself to “do better.”
- Make rigorous “rules” and/or white-knuckle a new diet.
- Feeling agitated, anxious, or disturbed, for example.
- Overeat.
- Rep the process.
(I know because I’ve been there.)
Exercise to “break the chain” as a solution.
Simply notice, observe, and document what occurred prior to any food cravings, emotional eating, overeating, and/or other moments when food and eating feel “out of control.”
Because here’s a little known fact:
Those thoughts and actions did not appear out of nowhere. They aren’t chosen at random. Something brought them together.
Now it’s your turn to play detective and find all the missing links in the chain.
Download a printable version of our Break the Chain exercise or think through the exercise below to help you put this exercise into practice.
1. Begin with any recent food or eating-related incident that has caused you distress. (For example, overeating, eating stuff you don’t want, feeling out of control, and so on.)
2. Make a list of everything that transpired in the moments leading up to the episode.
Consider the following example:
- So, what were you up to?
- So, what were you up to?
- What were you thinking at the time?
- What were your emotions at the time?
- Who was with you at the time?
3. Now check if you can go even further back in time.
Perhaps a few hours. Once more:
- What were you doing?
- What were you doing?
- What were you thinking at the time?
- What were your emotions at the time?
- Who was with you at the time?
Try to get as much information as possible.
4. Take a look at your data now. Are there any patterns to be found?
Don’t worry if you don’t see any connections immediately away.
After you’ve tried this practice a few times, search for connections between what happened in the days or hours leading up to a major food need or emotional eating episode.
5. Be curious about trends if and when you notice them.
Don’t be concerned about repairing things straight quickly. Simply pay attention to them.
“Hmmm, that’s intriguing.” Every time my mother calls, I feel compelled to reach for the chocolate.”
“You know, I feel OK for the majority of the month, but the week leading up to my period – be on the lookout.”
“At work, it’s been a long, difficult week. Before I stab someone, please give me that wine.”
6. It’s possible that you’ll see solutions immediately away.
“OK, when I chat to Mom, I’m going to go for a workout to burn off some of that energy.”
“I’m going to put my PMS days on the calendar so I’m aware of them ahead of time.”
“On Fridays, I’m going to stroll home to unwind.”
It’s also possible that you won’t notice solutions. You may become stuck at step #5, observing patterns but not knowing how to change them.
That’s fine in either case.
The key thing is that you are now aware of what is going on.
(Remember that you may print a copy of our Break the Chain worksheet here.) Use it to practice the steps outlined above.)
Wish #2: “Assist Me in Sticking to My Good Eating, Exercise, And Lifestyle Habits.”
If you’re like the majority of women, you’ve definitely tried at least a few different methods to get and stay in shape.
Here’s what most women tried before coming to us for help:
- Weight Watchers is a program that helps people lose weight.
- Calorie trackers like MyFitnessPal and others
- Curves and Jenny Craig
- Crossfit and other forms of group exercise
- Paleo, juice fasts, cleanses, and low-carb diets are all popular.
- Books on exercise and essays in magazines
Of course, none of them are “wrong” choices. They end up working for some of the people they meet.
However, the majority of people say it’s difficult to maintain consistency. They have good intentions and work hard, but they find it difficult to stay on course.
This is partly due to the fact that other plans do not account for your life.
They don’t provide substantial, step-by-step change that can be implemented in real life. You know, everyday life with a job, kids, a commute, going to school, and all that. It’s the one that real people have.
And, for the most part, most alternative plans do not provide the same level of support, care, and responsibility that coaching offers.
Solution No. 1: Hold yourself accountable to a program that works.
In an ideal world, you’d like a program that:
- Focuses on all of the positive aspects of you, as well as your existing abilities and skills.
- Gives you tried-and-true solutions that work straight away.
- You can tailor it to fit your lifestyle (so you can stick to it even when you’re busy).
- It’s something you like doing (rather than something you have to do).
- All the way through, you’ll feel upbeat, hopeful, and supported.
So, how can you know if a program will help you stay on track?
Here’s what we’ve discovered works best after 15 years in the fitness industry and over 100,000 clients:
- Having a strategy that is both structured and flexible.
- The option to tailor the strategy according to your skill levels, goals, and available time.
- Getting a daily reminder to follow whatever nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle behavior you’re working on at the time.
- Taking regular measurements of your improvement.
That’s how our clients were able to obtain results like these:
Solution #2: Hold yourself accountable to someone who genuinely cares about you.
Nothing worth accomplishing can be done alone, as we like to say at.
A friend, a workout partner, your spouse, your child, your dog, a coworker who walks with you at lunch, a personal trainer at your local gym, or whatever – social support is essential.
Do not attempt to complete this task on your own.
Independence is wonderful, but for a project like this, you’ll need a team and a tribe of like-minded individuals to assist and support you.
Our specialization is providing social support as well as accountability and lots of caring coaching.
Whatever body or objectives you have, we’re in this business to help you feel, look, and perform better.
We’d be delighted to assist you in enrolling in our next nutrition coaching program.
There’s no need to worry if that’s not a good fit for you. Simply locate one or more individuals who can encourage, guide, and possibly give you a loving kick in the buttocks when you need it.
What matters is that you hold yourself accountable to someone and receive the assistance you require. You already have plenty on your plate; why not let someone else lead the way?
